Korean Fried Chicken Sauce
500gr Dada Ayam
150gr Tepung Protein Sedang
30gr Tepung Beras
100gr Emina Cheese Rich
50gr Fresh Milk
60gr Tomato Sauce
30gr Gula Pasir
50gr Chilli Sauce
20gr Soy Sauce
- Mix all ingredients except chicken breast and eggs.
- Cut the chicken breast into 3cm x 3cm size or according to taste.
- Dip the chicken breast into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and then back into the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken at 180 degrees Celsius for about 4 minutes.
- Grate Emina Cheese Rich, then put in a saucepan with all other ingredients.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until all ingredients are combined.
- Add all ingredients and cook over medium heat until it boils.
