Steamed sponge cake

2gr Egg

80gr Sugar

60gr Medium Protein Flour

2gr Baking Powder

20gr Milk Powder

1gr Salt

70gr Butter

20gr Sweetened Condensed Milk

40gr Emina Cheese Mild

Cara Membuat

Melt the Butter & Sweetened Condensed Milk and set aside
Materials 1; Mix sugar and eggs until fluffy and pale white
Mix flour, baking powder, milk powder and salt then add to ingredient 1 using a spatula
Add the melted butter to the mixture, mix well
Pour the dough into a 24x10x7 box square mold
Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes, remove and let cool
Give the Whipcream polish above and sprinkle with grated Emina Cheese Mild
