Emina Cheese Nastar Choco Keju

Ingredients

Dough:

50gr Emina Cheese Block Mild

125gr low protein flour

125gr Margarine

50gr Sugar

1gr Egg yolk

50gr Powdered milk

70gr Maizena

20gr Vanilla Essence

Chocolate

 

Filling:

1gr Pineapple

100gr Sugar

Cinnamon

Clove


Preparations
  1. Mix margarine and sugar until it is slightly fluffy, then add egg yolks and add Emina Cheese Block Mild, powdered milk, Vanilla Essence, Maizena and flour
  2. Shape the dough according to taste, with weight of dough, 10 grams, and fillings for 5 grams. Give a sprinkling of Emina Cheese Block Mild that has already been grated
  3. Bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes, remove and cool it down. Dip in to melted chocolate (half the dough)
  4. Emina Cheese Nastar Choco Keju is ready to be served
