Brulee Bomb Mozza

Ingredients

50 gr - Butter

10 gr - Garlic

150 gr - Sausage

100 gr - Wheat flour

200 gr - Milk

50 gr - Green onions

2 gr - Flavoring

2 gr - Salt

Pepper to taste

Filling

200 gr - Emina Cheese Mozza

Coatings

1 pc - Egg

10 gr - Water

100 gr - Bread flour


Preparations
  1. Sauté the garlic until fragrant then add the sausage stir-fry until cooked.
  2. Add flour little by little while stirring until smooth.
  3. Add milk stir until well blended.
  4. Add spring onion, seasoning, salt and pepper, stir until thick.
  5. Form the dough into balls weighing 30 grams
  6. Fill with Emina Cheese Mozza 10 gr.
  7. Coat with egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  8. After that, keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes and then fry it at medium temperature until golden brown.
  9. Brulle Bomb Mozza is ready to be served
