Snow Cheese Bread


Sweet Bun Dough

1000gr High Protein Flour

180gr Sugar

10gr Improver

10gr Salt

15gr Instant Yeast

4gr Egg 

30gr Milk Powder

400gr Cold Water

100gr Unsalted Butter

100gr Cream


Cheese Frosting

200gr Emina Cheese Mild

160gr Fresh Milk

50gr Sugar

240gr Whipped Cream



350gr Emina Cheese Mild


Sweet Bun Dough

  1. Ingredients 1: Mix milk powder, bread improver, and flour into a bowl mixer
  2. Ingredients 2: in a separate container, add sugar, cold water, eggs, and cream
  3. Mix Ingredients 1 & 2 on low-speed until well blended
  4. Increase the speed, stir until it's almost smooth, then add the butter and salt, stir again until smooth
  5. set the dough for 45 minutes then weigh the dough to 30gr, round it up then set again for 30 minutes. Round it back into a square pan 
  6. Proving the dough for 60 to 90 minutes until it expands to the maximum
  7. Bake at 156 degrees Celcius for 20 minutes
  8. Remove from the pan and wait until its temperature turn to room temperature

Cheese Frosting

  1. Ingredients 1: Melt Emina Cheese Mild with milk then add sugar and let it cool
  2. Mix cream until it's soft, then add Ingredients 1


  1. Cut the bread into 2 parts, put the cheese frosting in the middle, then put the bread again together into one piece
  2. Spread the cheese frosting on the bread, evenly, then add grated Emina Cheese Mild
  3. Snow Cheese Bread is ready to be served
