Emina Mozza Naan



450gr High Protein Flour / HIME 

5gr Instant Yeast

2gr Softener

10gr Sugar

5gr Salt

15gr Cooking Oil

300gr UHT Milk



200gr Emina Cheese Block Mozza



  1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar until combined
  2. Add milk, and stir until it becomes a dough
  3. Pour the cooking oil into the bowl, flatten the dough, and roll it in the cooking oil
  4. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes
  5. Cut the dough into 100gr and round it, rest it back to 30 minutes, fill the dough with Emina Cheese Block Mozza, then roll it into flat rounds
  6. Heat the pan until it smokes and then put the cooking oil little by little and put the Cheese Naan on a flat pan and cook until the Naan is cooked
  7. Emina Cheese Naan is ready to serve
