Emina Cup Cake Savory Mozza


2 pcs - Eggs

3 pcs - Egg yolk

50 gr - Granulated sugar

5 gr - Emulsifier

90 gr - Yokozuna Flour

15 gr - Maizena

2 gr - Baking powder

80 gr - Filma Prestige


100 gr - Emina Cheese Mozza

250 gr - Minced beef

10 gr - Minced garlic

60 gr - Chopped onions

15 gr - LKK Oyster

15 gr - LKK Hoisin sauce



  1. Mix eggs, egg yolks, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, and mix well.
  3. Melt Filma Prestige, let it cool down to room temperature, then add it to the egg mixture, and stir until smooth.


  1. Sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the minced beef until it changes color.
  3. Add LKK Panda Oyster and LKK Hoisin sauce, stir again until well blended, let stand until room temperature.
  4. Dice Emina Cheese Mozza, then mix it into the meat stir fry.


Prepare a cup cake container, add the cake mixture to 3/4 cup, then add the toppings.
