Roti Bakar Tuna Mentai Mozza Slice

Ingredients

Cheese Sauce:

50gr UHT Milk

35gr Emina Block Cheese Mild

 

Tunai Mentai Sauce:

60gr Mayonnaise

75gr Cheese Sauce

15gr Tomato Sauce

5gr Chilli Sauce

3gr Paprika Powder

2gr Lemon Juice

50gr Tuna Chunk

4gr Sliced Bread

4gr Emina Slice Cheese Mozza


Preparations

Cheese Sauce:

  1. Heat the UHT Milk then add shredded cheese of Emina Block Cheese Mild, whisk it until it dissolves

 

Tunai Mentai Sauce:

  1. Set the cheese sauce to room temperature, then put all the ingredients into the cheese sauce, then stir until evenly

 

Finising:

  1. Make sandwich bread and put the Tuna mentai sauce and add Emina Slice Cheese Mozza on top then toast the bread
  2. Roti bakar tuna mentai is ready to serve
