Emina Cheese Kastengel


300gr Emina Cheese Rich

75gr Medium Protein Flour

450gr Low protein Flour

35gr Maizena Flour 

150gr Butter

300gr Margarine 

3gr Egg Yolk

10gr Milk Powder

  1. Mix butter and margarine, then add egg yolks
  2. Put all the dry ingredients and grated Emina Cheese Rich
  3. Shape the dough to rectangular shape with a weight of 5 grams
  4. Bake at 150 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes
