Sagu Keju Emina Cheese

Ingredients

50gr Emina Cheese Block Mild

300gr Roasted sago flour

120gr Margarine

100gr Sugar

1gr Egg yolk

32gr Coconut Milk


Preparations
  1. Mix margarine and sugar it slightly fluffy then add egg yolk
  2. Add Emina Cheese Block Mild that has been shredded, coconut milk and sago flour
  3. Shape the doughaccording to taste, sprinkle with grated Emina Cheese Block Mild
  4. Bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes
