Lasagna Emina Chicken Roll

Ingredients

10gr Garlic

10gr Cooking Oil

1gr Rosemary 

100gr Chicken Breast

250ml Water

3gr Salt

60gr Lasagna

50gr Tomato Concase

30gr Emina Richs

80gr Emina Mozza

40gr Smoke Beef 


Preparations
  1. Saute garlic using olive oil, add chicken breast, rosemary, water and salt, mix until cook
  2. Take the chicken, and cut it into shredded piece
  3. Mix chicken stock with emina richs, set aside
  4. Prepare a 10 cm round baking sheet
  5. Boil lasagna for 4 minutes, set aside
  6. Assemble the lasagna layer that contain lasagna sheet, tomato concase, shredded chicken, emina mozza, smoked beef and emina mozza. roll the layer until reach 10 cm diameter.
  7. Put the layer in the baking sheet, pour cheese sauce on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C. Remove from oven, grate emina mozza on top of it, and put it back to the oven for 10 minutes.
