HURA HURA PITA BREAD

Ingredients

PITA BREAD

250gr Flour

165ml Water

6gr Yeast

15gr Sugar

4gr Salt

FILLING

45gr Smoke Beef

30gr Mushroom

30gr Grean Peas

45gr Crab Stick

3 Egg

2gr Salt

4gr Oregano

2gr Garlic Powder

5gr Wostershire

30ml Water

90gr Emina Cheese Mozza

100ml Mayonaise

COATING

1 Egg

100gr Flour

150gr Breadcrumbs

 


Preparations

Dough Pita Bread

  1. Mix yeast and sugar with warm water
  2. Mix egg and salt until combined. Pour yeast mixture into egg mixture
  3. Knead until formed
  4. Take 30 gram of the dough
  5. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes at 185 degrees C

 

Filling

  1. Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise and mozza
  2. Pour a little oil into pan, put it into heat
  3. Form the egg mixture like omelette, and cut it into small pieces
  4. Mix into mayonnaise in another bowl

 

Coating

  1. Prepare egg, flour and breadcrumbs in 3 separate bowls

 

Finishing

  1. Cut pita bread into half
  2. Put filling in the middle and add mozza
  3. Coat the bread flour, egg adn breadcrumbs
  4. Fry until golden brown
  5. Enjoy!
