Honey Crunchy Cheese Cream Cake


Honey Biscuits:

70gr Honey

130gr Butter

180gr Sugar

2gr Eggs

3gr Baking soda

500gr Flour

0.2gr Lemon


Cheese Honey Butter Cream:

70gr Emina Cheese Block Mild

70gr Sweetened Condensed Milk

250gr Butter

100gr Sugar Icing

30gr Honey

Honey Biscuit

  1. Add honey and cooked butter with breanmarry until firm and add sugar, stir until its blendded
  2. Add the egg, stir until the sugar is dissolved and blended, then remove from heat
  3. Add the flour and baking soda after filtering, mix well then add lemon
  4. Roll out the dough until it is thin , cut into the desired shape
  5. Bake at 170 degrees for 5 minutes


Cheese Honey Butter Cream:

  1. Stir the butter until it’s soft and slightly fluffy
  2. Add sugar and sweetened condensed milk, stir until fluffy
  3. Add honey and grated Emina Cheese Block Mild
