Emina Rich Cedda Bisquit

Ingredients

Scones

250gr Medium Protein Flour

2tsp Baking Powder

0,5tsp Baking Soda

80gr Cold Butter

1tsp Sugar

0,5tsp Salt

0,2tsp Chili Powder

165gr Emina Cheese Rich

250gr Buttermilk (Susu UHT mix Lemon Juice)

50gr Scallion


Preparations

Scones

  1. Stir the baking powder, baking soda and flour into a bowl
  2. Add sugar and salt, mix well
  3. Add butter and stir until it becomes like crumble dough
  4. Add the scallion, buttermilk and stir them until smooth
  5. shape the dough as desire or 50 grams then oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
