Emina Cheese Tart Melting


Tart Dough

50gr Icing Sugar

100gr Margarine

200gr Medium Protein Flour

1pcs Egg Whites


Cheese Cream Frosting

165gr Emina Cheese Mild

200gr Fresh milk

50gr of granulated sugar

0.25pcs Lemon

1pcs Egg Yolk



  1. Mix icing sugar and butter
  2. Add the eggs little by little and the flour into the tarlet molds



  1. Melt Emina Cheese Mild with Fresh Milk
  2. Add sugar and egg yolks, stir until it's combined
  3. Put it in a tarlret oven with a temperature of 200 degrees for 15 minutes
  4. Emina Cheese Tart Melting is ready to serve
