EMINA Cheese SLOPPY JOE

Ingredients

French Bagguete

200gr High protein flour / HIME

4gr Yeast

2gr Improver

3gr Salt

5gr Butter

15gr Cold Water

 

Bahan Beef Filling

250gr Mince Beef

30rg Onion

30gr Red Bell Pepper

1gr Oregano

50gr Saos Tomat

3ml Wostershire Sauce

10gr Brown Sugar

70gr Water

15gr Margarine

15gr Red Cabbage

15gr Carrot

20gr Mayonaise

100gr Emina Cheese Mozza


Preparations

FRENCH BAGGUETE

  1. Mix flour, yeast and improver
  2. Add cold water
  3. Knead the dough until half formed, add butter and salt
  4. Knead the dough until formed, rest for 45 minutes
  5. Push the dough and form into baguette proving
  6. Bake in the oven for 22 minutes at 200 degrees C

BEEF FILLING

  1. Saute onion, margarine, red bell pepper and minced beef
  2. Add oregano, water, wostershire sauce, ketchup and brown sugar, mix until thickens
  3. Grate carrot, thin slice red cabbage, mix with mayonnaise and put it on the bread
  4. Put the beef on top of salad, grate emina cheese mozza, and torch the cheese until melt
  5. Enjoy!
