EMINA Cheese QUICHE PUFF LORRAINE

Ingredients

Dough:

1gr Puff Pastry

 

Quiche Lorraine

180gr Emina Cheese MOZZA

30gr Emina Cheese RICH

100gr Smoked Beef

200gr Onion

1gr Mushroom

250gr Cooking Cream

50gr Spinach

3gr Egg

2gr Pepper

15gr MSG

20gr Butter


Preparations

Dough

  1. Divide the dough into 60 pieces of ball form

 

Quiche Lorraine

  1. Heat butter, saute onion until smell and soften
  2. Add smoked beef and champignon mushroom, mix until cook. add spinach and set aside
  3. Whisk egg until combined and add cooking cream
  4. Add pepper, msg, and grated emina rich
  5. Add sauted ingredients into the cream batter, mix well

 

Finishing

  1. Put the puff pastry in a baking tray, add the quiche filling in the middle of the pastry
  2. Grate emina mozza on top for topping
  3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 170 degress C. Remove the quiche from the oven and baking tray, and bake for another 5 minutes
