BUTTER RICE CHICKEN WITH MOZZA

300gr Rice
40gr Margarine
30gr Garlic
Fried Chicken Breast
200rg Chicken Breast Fillet
40gr Wheat Flour
60gr Bread Flour
1gr Egg
30gr UHT Milk
0.5 Oregano
0.2gr White Pepper Powder
0.5gr Salt
300gr Cooking Oil
Mozza Cheese Sauce
50gt Emina Cheese Mozza
100rg Carrot Dice
10gr Grean Peas
0.3gr Black Pepper
20gr Grated Emina Cheese Mozza
Preparations
Butter Rice
- Saute the garlic using margarine until fragrant then turn off the heat
- Add the rice and stir until evenly mix
Fried Chicken Brest
- Cut the chicken breast fillet into 100gr size, then marinate with salt and white pepper powder
- Rub the Chicken breast fillet into the flour
- Mix the egg with UHT Milk then put the chicken breast fillet into the whisk
- Mix Breadcrumbs, oregano and salt, after they are blended, put the chicken into breadcrumbs
- Heat the cooking oil, Fry the chicken breast fillet at 170 degrees celsius for 5 minutes
Mozza Cheese Sauce
- Grate Emina Cheese Mozza with UHT Milk until it well blended
- Add all ingredients then stir
- Pour the Cara Membuat:
Butter Rice
- Tumis Bawang Putih menggunakan margarin hingga harum, lalu matikan api
- Masukkan Nasi dan aduk hingga merata
Fried Chicken Breast
- Potong dada ayam fillet dengan ukuran 100gr, lalu marinasi dengan garam dan lada putih bubuk
- Balurkan dada ayam fillet kedalam tepung terigu
- Kocok Telus dengan Susu UHT lalu masukkan dada ayam fillet kedalam kocokan terlu
- Campurkan tepung roti, oregano dan garam setelah tercampur rata, masukkan dada ayam filet kedalam tepung roti
- Panaskan minyak goreng, goreng dada ayam fillet dengan suhu 170 dejarat celcius selama 5 menit
Cheese Sauce Mozza
- Parut Emina Cheese Mozza dengan Susu UHT hingga tercampur sempurn
- Masukkan semua bahan lalu aduk kembali
- Tuangkan cheese sauce diatas dada ayam fillet, Lalu parutkan Emina Cheese Mozza diatas sauce, lalu torch hingga meleleh sempurna
- Pour the cheese sauce over the fried chicken breast fillet, then grate Emina Cheese Mozza over the sauce, then torch until it melts perfectly
